Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 450g chicken


  • Coconut oil 2 tbs


  • 2 medium onion


  • 2 garlic cloves


  • 2tbs flour


  • 4 tsp curry


  • 600ml chicken stock


  • 1 Stevie


  • 4 tsp soy


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 dash of ginger powder

Directions

  • For chicken : season with salt, pepper and garlic
  • 1 dish flour (2tbs), 1 dish egg beaten, 1 dish 40 gram breadcrumbs
  • Put in oven for 30 min on 200c
  • For curry :
  • Fry onions and garlic on medium heat till tender
  • Put curry and flour and stir for a min
  • Put stock تدريجيا ،then put Stevie and soy and stir till it boil
  • Turn down the heat and cook till thick 20 min on heat 3, add garam masala and done
